Dr. Ronald C Butler

My 92 year old mother was referred to this guy by her dentist. She had an appointment with him, drove 20 miles with her caregiver to get there and this guy was a no show. His staff only would say he would be back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes came and went and he was a no show. The staff offered to make new appointments for the people that were waiting. In an aside to my mother's caregiver, someone on staff recommended that my mother go to another doctor who "was better". There is evidence of all sorts of problems here: 1) staff does not think much of the guy they work for (perhaps justifiably so) 2) No one calls patients beforehand to let them know the doctor will not make the appointment 3) No communication by the staff. Was his absence due to an emergency? Or was he having a late lunch? El Paso is full of doctors like this! This guy is old enough that if he thinks so little of his patients to treat them that way, he should retire!
