All my appointments have been great he's been my doctor for some years now everything as been great

Dr. Carissimi is wonderful. In my opinion, he is thorough, pleasant, and interested in a patient's concerns. I never feel that I am rushed out of the office and he is willing to listen to more than one concern. I do wish that it was easier to get a prescription when ill, rather than it being necessary to make an appointment and get out of a sick bed, however, I do understand that he wants to physically check symptoms, etc. All of the girls in the office are very nice and pleasant, My only real complaint is that I almost always am put on hold immediately when I call the office. The last time I called in, I was on hold for 11 minutes before someone returned to my call. Ridiculous!
