treating people with respect and going the extra mile for patients is not part of the front desk's protocol.

Dr. Ciccone has been my GP for many years, and I have always found him to be extremely courteous, professional, kind and knowledgeable. I’ve never experienced any problems with his staff, and am thus a very satisfied patient.

Has a wealth of knowledge and always makes me fell better.

I have been with dr. Ciccone since 2004 and have had impeccable care. Not many doctors out there that would give the time and care he give his patients. You have to take responsibility for following up on your supplements in order for his theory to work. It is expensive but that's the cost of alternative meds.

I was supposed to receive a followup call with the results of my test and changes to supplement doses. They never called. I left two messages and wrote two letters and never heard back. They never completed their obligation from the appt yet I'm expected to pay for it!

Staff is downright rude and nasty! The employee actually indicated the doctor fully supported the treatment I was receiving when I asked to speak to the doctor to find out if this is typically how the office ran, The girl said " I will gladly put you on with him" then came back on the phone and said "he's busy, and he told me to tell you to give the information I need from you". I was very confused and tried to ask questions and she kept rudely cutting me off. It's sad, I was looking forward to having him be my doctor. After reading nothing but bad reviews and the experience I had, I will not be returning. The doctor has to know the patients are being treated this way. There are too many bad reviews about the same problem. He obviously doesn't care. I do not want my personal information or care in the hands of these people. I have to honestly say this is the absolute worst treatment I have ever received anywhere. DO NOT GO HERE!! Save yourself the aggravation. There is no way the… doctor does not know this is happening. I don't know if they are disgruntled about the pay the receive, or just flat out hate life and people. The hostility is immediate from the first contact. One employee in particular. There was one girl at check-in who was nice.

An amazing diagnostician with cutting edge knowledge, and 'old fashioned' care! He is exceptional in his field. I just wish his office and staff were equal to his level of expertise.

The Dr. is very good. I've been a patient there for years although the staff is absolutely, hands down, the worst I've ever seen anywhere. It surprises me every time I go which is only twice a year that they are shockingly worse than the time before. Terrible in every way that you can imagine. For this reason, it is so bad that I don't refer people to him anymore. Bad business.. This customer service should not be overlooked.
