Dr. Ronald Paul Cramer, DO

I have recently been treated at his office in Somerset. The staff members are very nice . I didn't sit in a waiting room forever, I was in and out pretty quick. Dr Cramer was very professional and courteous. He explained what was happening and how things will be treated. I will be continuing to be treated there and recommend his office to others.

I have experienced none of the negative comments that have been listed here. Dr is friendly, he expects you to be pretty precise on your description of symptoms so he can properly diagnose so some people may think he's intimidating because he is serious, I appreciate all his processes in helping me find out my issue. Best thing to do is write down everything you experience and eat so you know what your answers are when he asks. Several times I thought and said to him it's probably nothing because my symptoms are so all over the place but he hasn't given up on me like I wanted to give up on my illness. I appreciate him for that very much so.

He is very short-tempered and rolls his eyes at you. He seemed irritated at every question i had. He is terrible at explaining things

He is extremely rude and mentally attacked me for changing my doctors. I left crying and plan to never go back to him. My advice to anyone who is considering going to him don't waste your time or money.

This dr is terrible, I cannot believe this guy has a PHD...when I went in to see him he wanted to do an endoscopy. Once that was done, I had a terrible time getting my results. when I finally did it came from the secretary. Neither the dr or the nurse had time to come to the phone in a entire week to talk to me. They secretary kept telling me they would call me and they never did. When the secretary could tell me what my chart said, she told me that my results came back normal but the dr said if I was feeling better eating a gluten free diet I could keep doing that if I wanted to but I was fine. I had been sick for 2 1/2 months prior to going on my gluten free diet and they did not say anything about a follow up or anything. I went to my family dr the next day to see if he thought I should get a second opinion because I could not imagine that I should not be seen again with all the problems I had been having. He looked up my results of my biopsy to find out that my test did not… come out fine. My stomach lining is Chronically inflamed and it had on the chart that I was at the beginning stages of Celiacs. This dr and his staff are liars. I am really debating if I have a lawsuit with how they handled things. DO NOT GO to this dr. I will travel before going back to this Quack again.

Yes he was a amazing help! The people below here that are critisising him must be competitors he was a great help and was very nice. And you people call him rude look at what your typing for gosh sake! He was a great help and please I beg you don't let these people not let you come to him because he is a amazing doctor and a wonderful help I guarantee it!

Going to him was a total waste of my time and money because he didn't help me with my illness at all. You're better off not going to a doctor at all than going to him. The medication he prescribed had side effects that made me sick, and he wouldn't even consider any other treatment for my problem. He was one of the rudest, uncaring doctors I have ever encountered.

Very rude person with zero care for anything or anyone

was having very bad heartburn and stomach pain. Made an appointment very easily got to the office and only waited about ten minutes. Dr cramer was very professional and nice. listened to my problems and then ran a few tests. he gave me medicine for my heart burn and told me i would need to return later when the other tests were done. the follow up was very easy and he cured my stomach pain. highly reccomend

I came in with severe stomach issues. Several tests were ordered which took 2 weeks. Dr. Cramer didnt offer any advice to temporarily help my issues while I waited for results. In my follow up visit, I was told I most likely have a stomach issue, but he wasnt a hundred percent sure what it was. Very confused I asked several questions about the results of my tests and he refused to answer any I had. In addition, he said my pain was in my head, and I shouldnt come to a doctor looking for answers. (I mean why else would I go to a doctor but to find answers about whats causing my problems?) He then stated he wasnt going to help me, to go to a general family doctor. (I mean if its a stomach issue why wouldnt I see a stomach doctor not a general doctor?) Trying to figure out what was going on and why he didnt answer any questions I had he became very angry and walked out of my visit saying it was over. He totally wasted my time and the half day of sick leave I took to make the… appointment (which lasted 15 minutes). He NEVER answered ANY questions I had concerning my problems, test results, or diagnosis. He was so rude I left crying. DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is the worse I have ever seen and does not care about his patients!!
