Dr. Day made my children feel respected and listened to. He was not intimidated by our rare disorder, nor did he get frustrated when my children's symptoms didn't fit neatly into a box. He was smart, a good listener, and organized in his diagnostic process. While other doctors barely listened and told us that my children's symptoms couldn't be cardiac in nature, Dr. Day figured out a possible cause. He contacted my son's other doctors and had correspondence with them to get the full picture. He got a very complete medical history. Thanks to him, my children now have heart medication and no longer have persistent nagging chest pain.
