Dr. Ronald Emerick

Is everything always perfect? No - but tell me one person or place of business that is and I'll give you $100 because that person & place doesn't exist. Overall I can't give you even one reason why you should not trust the most wonderful gift in the world & that is your child(ren) to the providers & staff at this office. These people are not just here to treat & care for the children of their clinic but ALL the CHILDREN of this community. I feel it is more about improving the lives of all not just a place of business to them. I am proud to have them care for my family.

I truely love Dr. Ronald Emerick but there has been several times that I have considered going to another Pediatrition simply because the office staff that he has is just horrible. You go in and the front desk is open with receptionist chomping on their gum, loudly announcing that your insurance is not covering or something to that affect. Then if you ever have tests ran they never call you back and so you have to chase them down to find out if you need another appointment. Dr. Emerick I would not trade for the world though, he is excellent with children as well as the parents. He will answer any questions that you have and never make you feel stupid for asking them. I just hope for his sake that he teaches his staff some customer service or finds better replacements for the majority of them.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Emerick since she was born and we absolutely love him and his office staff. Everyone is very professional. I have never had any problems in getting my child seen when she is sick. Dr. Emerick has great bedside manner. I would highly recommend.

The reason I marked everything as excellent isn't because my experiences with this office & it's staff is always perfect - we are all human and that would be impossible but I always feel that everyone is always trying & willing to do whatever has to or needs to be done to help my child as well as me. To me that is what makes my experience excellent every time.
