One star because they are probably medically proficient at the procedure, but they insist on putting the IV needle into the thinnest skin on your knuckle. It was excruciatingly painful and of course she didn't get it on the first try. It's been three weeks since my colonoscopy, and my hand still hurts at that spot so I have nerve damage. The nurse could give me no explanation of why they had to pick that spot, but she insisted on it. I wrote a letter to the practice asking for an explanation from a real doctor about why this is necessary, and got back an offensive letter from the Center Director Sandra Hlavac outlining their malpractice defense strategy. So rude and stupid. I don't want money. They don't need to hurt people like that. I've been hospitalized many times and have never had an IV started in my knuckle. It cannot be medically necessary. Not going back, obviously.

Okay doctor but has a horrible staff. I cannot explain how frustrating it is to try to get something simple from this office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR & HIS STAFF!

I was very pleased with my visit. I liked Dr. Feldman. He listened to what I had to say and seemed interested in my history. Everyone there was very friendly. I definitely would come to your center again.
