Dr Fiore has little or no bedside manners. I would not refer this doctor to anyone. Dr. showed very little interest in what I was saying to him about my condition.

Staff doesn't return calls. Staff ignores requests. Tests results not given. Doctor prescribed a brand new drug and wasn't available for feedback on the drug. For some reason it takes forever to get an appointment. Looking for another doctor for my condition.

The staff was great. The wait time was very short. The doctor really seemed to listen to everything I had to say. It did take a month for me to see the Dr., but it was well worth the wait.

He ordered me an MRI, which I had to wait 3 weeks to take. I believed my insurance was taking forever to authorize it, only to find out that the doctor hadn't even ordered it. One of his nurses let slip that he has to dictate patient notes before they can be transcribed into the patient file. So apparently he is 2 WEEKS BEHIND on dictation. I thought perhaps I would get the results from my MRI quicker, since the radiologist writes up the report, and the MRI facility told me the doctor would have the report the next day. WRONG! Two weeks and still waiting. An answering service takes messages for the nurses at his office and they do not call back. I don't blame them, since irate patients calling about results is probably all the calls they get.

The office doesn't return calls. Answering service fields calls so you can't talk to anyone or get anyone to call you back. He sent me for an expensive test and didn't give me results for a month and a half. I strongly suspect I only recieved results at all because I called multiple times. Frustrating and he didn't solve my problems.

Found a doctor who has compassion, not a quota. Dr. Fiore has demonstrated a genuine concern for his patients. He does not rush through an exam or follow-up. He answers all your questions in simple lauguage so as a patient you know what he is talking about. It appears that he keeps up on current trends and medical proceedures as well as medicines. It is hard to trust nowadays, and I trust and recommend Dr. Fiore.

Dr. Fiore's office staff was really helpful in working me in to see him as soon as possible. He took his time and explained everything to me, unlike lots of other doctors i've been to before. Highly reccommended.
