Was in the lobby earlier, as a patient came in. She seemed very polite and didnt raise her voice, unlike the doctor. I could overhear everything he said. She had a issue where she had been lied to over the phone. The doctor was extremly rude to her, not sympathetic at all. And actually refused to see her. Meanwhile this girl was trying to figure out why she was being turned away. She ended up having to leave. I felt bad for her. Felt very awkward during my appointment. Will have to think it over before setting up a follow up.

would rate this worse if I could. I just walked out of the office. I had an appointment set up for 1:00 p.m. which i had scheduled last Friday. This was an emergency situation with needing a second opinion for a workers comp case which is coming to a close in 5 days. I explained the situation in detail to the receptionist making sure it would be ok, since there would be a lot of moving parts. She confirmed everything would. He would be able to give me a second opinion. Got the confirmation email which I answered. Then upon arrival I got told by the assistant and the doctor himself they would not be seeing me, because they dont want to get involved with a complicated case, and they dont want to get invloved with an older case like mine. That alone is fine- IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT EARLIER. They knew me when I came in the door what my case was, they could have phoned me. But no. Now im 5 days away from my case being closed and NO doctor. Apparently the lady who told me this info… over the phone didnt know, but thats no way to run a business. Plus if they already knew the info why didnt they reach out sooner. The doctor was very rude. RUDE! He would walk in on a conversation snippet and say something like, "yes i will not be seeing you, your paperwork is all outdated and i am not getting involved...." and then walked out while i was trying to talk! This is such an unprofessional place rude rude rude doctors. And considering my specific case and how much I had pre-advised them I am extremely upset. I would never EVER go here again. Want to dee this doctor. How rude.

This man is the worst dr I ever met. DO NOT trust him!

Spoke with Dr. Galyon as to the negative comments and to my surprise and his those comments were posted at a time when he was on medical leave. He has only been seeing patients by appointment since May of 2011 in Virginia.
