Dr Gilbert was listed in the provider directory for my insurance and they refused to call my insurance company to check benefits and eligibility. I made the appointment a month prior and they called me in less than 24 hours before and cancelled my appointment. My insurance company customer service rep tried to explain to them that I was a covered member and they are in my network but they wouldn't listen, or even put me through to an office manager to discuss. They were rude, unintelligent about insurance and apparently aren't interested in new patients.

I have never been treated so cruelly in a life/death situatuation. Looking for another Primary. He leaves bad updates for the referral person to give you. They can’t even answer questions if they call with serious results.

Dr. Gilberg and his staff are excellent. They really care about their patients. They are on top of their patients health and concerns. Anytime I have called them they have been really friendly and attentive.

Been going to Dr. Gilberg for 4 years approximately every 4 months. have always had a great experience with him and his staff. He listens to all my complaints and spend as much time i need answering questions.. always on time. have sent many of my friends to him all satisfied like i have been

Obnoxious and arrogant. Did not even exam me. Refused to give a referral I needed. Just scheduled me for tests even a PAP smear with him self even though he is not Board Certified Gynocologist.
