Once again Dr. Gove's office and his APN's offered responsive, quality medical care today .

Personable, professional, and always makes time for his patients.

I saw Dr.Gove on Oct 16 .2018 at 3;00. I showed up on time and was waiting in his treatment room that felt like forever about 35 minutes. Finally when I saw him I disscussed one issue that took about 10 minutes then I needed to discuss other medical problems that I have been having and he abruptly ended the session and was not very nice about it. I was in total shock! There were other incidents that didnt make me good about going to his office! Ive been to alot of doctors in the past and I always got their full attention until each medical issue was addressed!

I would not recommend Dr Gove his staff is very rude its their way or the highway.After going to him for over 25 years I am no longer under his care.He does not CARE its all about the $$$ Stay away !!!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Gove for over 35 years and would be happy for another 35. He has always been right on with his diagnosis and the meds he prescribed, if needed. Also, he would recommend going to a specialist, if he felt they would be better to remedy whatever the ailment. I appreciate that, instead of going thru extensive testing and then ending up going to another Doc and starting all over. I have also seen both of his current nurse practitioners. Both are excellent. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. The office staff is just the icing on the cake. Whatever is needed, scheduling, prescription refills, or getting questions answered, they are "on the ball." I would recommend Dr. Gove and the nurse practitioners highly.

The Physician is a fine doctor. However, his staff is rude and obnoxious. To make an appointment they act as if they are doing you a favor, and are difficult to deal with when it comes to refilling medicines, appointment and the like They argue with patients and encourage patients to find other physicians if they don't like their "policy" Which I am quiet sure they do not run by the actual dr. DONT GO TO THIS DR YOU WILL ONLY BE FRUSTRATED BY STAFF

he is always changing his staff. each time there a change they get more discourteous. your appointment is at10 am and your seen at 10:20 I was late by 6 min late. when i saw Dr. Gove he inform me of the time of my appointment and not to let that happen again. his time is of value. but it 's ok for you to waite for them. you really never get to see him. he is always traveling so his staff said. After 10 yrs. I found another doctor. and I am treated very nicely

Dr. Gove is arrogant and self absorbed. Very unprofessional/inappropriate not to have a nurse in room while he is doing a yearly physical as I was very uncomfortable and will not be returning EVER! His staff is the WORST at any form of customer service. Rude, ignorant and just straight up do not care. Go somewhere else, do not waste your time, money and dignity!

Staff workers at the office need to be trained in customer service. Office manager is the worst of all. It might be time for the Doctor to retire and get rid of the staff. Will be looking for another Doctor after seven years. It is that bad.

only see him once a year, always see someone else in his office. When I do get to see him I feel very rushed and he always refers me to other doctors instead of giving me advice or prescriptions for small ailments. (ex. rash - see derm.....earach - see ear, nose throat dr. etc..)
