Dr. Ronald Gruzin

He is a very good doctor. Took my dad to all kind of specialists and no one could figure out what’s happening to him. When I went to see him at my appointment, I was just very anxious and he talked to me. He had his staff set up an appointment next day. He did some blood work and figured it out for me. Very kind and smart doctor. I owe him very much for his kindness.

Honestly don't understand how he still even is a doctor. I'm pretty healthy, fit and in my mid 20s and I typically don't go to the doctors but i've gone to him 3 times now (FOR THE SAME PROBLEM) and all he does is try to send me to the ER because instead of just listening to what I am actually saying and helping me, he starts assuming the absolute worst and just directs me to someone else. I went to the ER the first time because he made me scared and all i got was a $500 bill for absolutely no reason because I didn't even need to go. He comes up with a new OUTRAGEOUS (life threatening) diagnosis every time i see him. I've had to go see a specialist twice now just to make sure that what Dr. Gruzin said wasn't actually true. If you're interested in stress, tears, waste of money and time, you can go see him but if you actually care about yourself and your health, find someone else. He doesn't even do any physical exams or even look at your previous charts and documents. He's… condescending and cocky and I think its about time he just retires.

Extremely rude staff that hangs up on you if they don't feel like speaking with you any further.

My family and I have been coming to this office for years and now we're desperately trying to find a new doctor because we can't take it anymore. If you call to make an appointment you'll likely wait 30+ minutes just to get someone on the phone, do not leave a message because they won't call you back. You could be coughing, dying on your message and they won't return your call. Also, there's a good chance you'll waste your morning calling them and they are open but they won't bother to take off the "the office is closed" message off their machine so you won't get through. I've been so desperate that I've pressed the number to get someone if you're having an after hours emergency and NO ONE picks up either. The last physical I got at this place consisted of Dr. Gruzin standing in the doorway for a good 4 minutes, he didn't even listen to my heart! I may not be a doctor but I know that's not a physical. The only thing you'll get from coming here is a) referrals to other specialists and… b) alarmist behavior of "go right to an emergency room". Let me reiterate, if you're not sick enough you'll get referred to see another doctor, if you are sick enough you'll get sent to the ER ... very rarely will the doctor's clinical eye be good enough to diagnose you on the spot and give you some form of treatment. I can't wait to get out of there!

I put my full faith in Dr Gruzin, his opinions and diagnosis. I just wish the waiting room was not jam packed every time, and the office staff treats patients like cattle disrupting their other duties.

Buisy practice, great doctor. I have been a patient for 8 years, never had a problem.

This has been my dr for 10 years. In the last 3 years the level of service has dropped. The office staff is very inconsiderate and Dr has stopped following up maybe its because the office is just too busy.
