the patient-doctor relationship started out strong and I was comfortable. is on-site helper extremely unprofessional and would discuss payment and medications in front of the waiting room which is extremely small on top of that would bust into the private doctor's office as he felt needed dr. Seem like a good man although I couldn't remember half of the reason why I was there by the second visit and somehow thinks they can charge the initial consultation fee every month I had to take my money

Dr. Horn is one of the few caring physicians I have met since moving to this area. He is my pain mgt. doctor. I've been a patient of his for over a year. He has been there for me when I needed him and has always helped me. His Physical Therapy Director, Doug, is awesome, he is the one to see if you have pain that has been around for many years. I have no problem recommending him. He has an awesome personality and sense of humor!

Dr. Horn and his staff have helped me save my own life. Very caring and understandind..As long as your honest.I am thankful to be a patient of Dr. Horn.I have been sober for over 2 months and my life is running a true, sober course.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Horn as both an individual and Physician. He is one of the few doctors I have come across that actually listens completely to me and understands the complexity of Pain Management. He doesn't treat you like a number but like a person, which is a rarity in his speciality amongst Pain Management in general. I would not think twice of recommending him to my friends and family for treatment of Fibromyalgia with Suboxone. I have not had a need for his addiction recovery services but if I had a loved one facing such a thing Dr. Horn would be the first person I recommended without a second thought!!
