Office never answers phone calls. You can leave a message, but your phone call will not be answered or someone might call you back days later; just maybe. If you do get someone on the phone and want an appointment. They make it 30+ days away, intime for all your prescriptions to expire.

Very poor service from staff. Called to make an appointment for my husband and I. Specifically said we lived in Friendswood and would like the appointment at the Friendswood location. We got there today at our scheduled time to discover the appointment was scheduled at a different location. The text reminder sent to our phone did not include the office location to confirm. Pretty standard information if you are at multiple locations. This shows me very poor service

I was a patient for 6 months only seen doctor two times one in the hospital and one wellness checkup only seen him then because insurance forced him the first time you see him you fill out s phorm don't sigh it's ok that you see nurse practitioner you'll never see Dr kellom the nurse practitioner and some staff treat you like your wast of there time and would rather not be treating you as if they hate you thy99%of the time won't answer phone if you leve a message thy say it may take48 hours no it'll be5-14 day's if at all if they say they'll call you back thy lie thy won't seeing them is like trying to get food stamp or trying to get socal security disability and you no thy treat those people like trash that's how the nurse practitioner treat you there rude smart relics and you get all over patients neglected so my advice go to you insurance website look up doctors by ratings and also Google them and look at reviews on websites like this one before choosing a doctor ps make sure… associated with your favorite hospital but stay away from this doctor if could see only him and better treatment from staff and thy did there job's correctly I'd still be going to this doctor but it's lick going to a FREE clinic were your not WANTED going to this doctor switch as quick as you can my advice

I've been going to dr kellom since going to hospital on my first visit mad mistake of making ok that id see his nurse practitioner witch is cold inhuman robot like DHS and social security people you deal with for disability and food stamps you no how they treat people like trash do as little as possible to get you out of there preshus presents and they and rest staff lazy. Neglectful of your health like i reported had got rash from on med and couldn't take full dose of a nother took um 2 weeks to get back to me what if Hart or diabetic med id dyed and they put me on new med thy called into my pharmacy wrong we're my insurance company wouldn't cover took um two days too fix and doctor kellom did that?? So you see why thinking switch to new doctor toby in deer Park tx he and staff highly recommend by patience

he does not care about you the patient he only cares about how much money he can get out of you and your insurance

Dr. Killam ask me questions and had an answer for each of my concerns, I wasn't looking forward to changing doctors but now I 'm so glad I did! He's a kind man and the staff was nice also.

Dr Killam has been my M.D. for almost 30 years. I have loved watching his family grow along with his wife. He is an excellent doctoe who I trust completely! I pray that he remains my Dr. Until he decides to retire. God bless him!

The 1 Time I got to see the Dr. it was ok...The wait was RIDICULOUS though....it was like 3 hours in the waiting room and then like 2.5 hours just sitting alone in the office. He was ok laid back, but then on the follow up his staff became rude and unresponsive and overall a pain... I would not recomend this doc to anyone....mainly because you probably wont even get to see him....You will probably only end up seeing the nurse who knows nothing about your diagnosis and refuses to let you speak to the doctor.

Dr. Killam has been my physician for many years. He always shows concern for my well being and does not try to convince me of care that I do not need. He has actually saved my life by his immediate concern for a rare issue that I had. An honest doctor who is not afraid of saying "I don't know" - a rarity today and will research the best way of handling medical issues in life.

I really like Dr Killam but the wait times are too long. I've never waited less than 1.5 hrs.
