Dr. Ronald Evan Kramer, MD

I've seen a number of Doctors in my life, but he definitely rates in the bottom 5%. He knows how to bill but doesn't care about much else. It's easy to see why he has been with a few different practice groups over the years. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money with Dr Kramer. Check other Doctors reviews, it will be easy to fine someone better.

I received a letter from his office indicating that he was leaving the state and going to MA. However, when I looked him up recently to transfer my records to a new doctor, I found that he in fact did not leave and was excepting new patients. I had seen him for many years (7 or 8) and was stunned to find this information. Am I to assume he fired me? I saw him but once a year. I found he was like most doctors, a little arrogant and short in the time he spent with me. Overall he was OK. But this new information of him lying about leaving is appalling.

If you value your time (and your health), find another neurologist! The last two times I saw Dr Kramer, he had 'emergencies' come up during my appointment time. Understandable -- until I overheard him initiate conversation with office staff in the hall right outside my open door about a recent journal article. It took over half an hour after my scheduled appointment time to even get taken into a room. He came in, acknoledged I was there for medication followup, said there was an emergency he had to deal with, then left and started his incredibly important conversation. I got up, walked out, and demanded my copay back. Everyone seemed perplexed, but quickly took their places as if in a professional medical office once I did that, essentially firing him. In a nutshell, Dr Kramer's professional expertise is lacking at best. His arrogance is overwhelming and should not be tolerated.

Dr. Kramer is an outstanding physician. He is bright and profoundly competent. He engaged me with empathic care and and was responsive to my question in a clear and concise manner. He presented information with clarity and attentiveness to how I was responding.

Should have checked this site before waiting 5 weeks for my appointment.

Has a GREAT opinion of himself; low opinion of the patient. Condescending manner; talks down to patient. Interrupts when patient describes symptoms of problem that sent you to him. Prescribed the wrong dosage of a new medication. Did not ckeck with another doctor what was the conversion rate of millograms to micrograms. Result: Severe Adverse Drug Reaction. Ended in ER to counteract his mistake. Would not recommend him if he were the last neurologist in town.

Dr. Krammer has a very high opinion of himself and a very low opinion of everyone else. He expects you to wait patiently for some of his valuable time. His treatment of my condition made the problem worse not better. I believe that he prescribed medications for me based on kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies rather than what would have been best for my condition. The poor choice of medication was confirmed to me by my primary care physician.

I've been a patient for over 5 years, for sleep and pain issues. He is a very quick study, processes as he listens and will work with you to find the best treatment. Always open to your thoughts and ideas. One of the very best doctors ever!

I was very upset with my visit. He would ask a question and then not listen or interrupt you while you where answering. Seemed full of himself and even had a sort of aggressive, negative energy.

Was not very energetic about my case. Not very knowledgable about treatment.
