I have never been treated so terribly at a physician’s office. Front desk was extremely rude on the phone and in person, completely unprofessional. Dr. Lang, along with his staff, showed absolutely no empathy. He was very nice but gave no indication he had a clue what he was doing, nor did his staff. Office was unclean and very disorganized. They used outdated practices and equipment. Unless you want to be left in pain and in need of another dentist, stay away!

Along with his staff, Dr. Lang showed absolutely no empathy, or any sort of indication he knew what he was doing. Completely outdated practices and equipment the same. Office was unclean and staff very disorganized. Unless you want to be treated poorly and put in pain, stay away!

Office staff denigrating, deprecating. They have no idea how to be professional, caring, competent and empathetic. They are all uneducated and rude and Dr. Lang supports his office staff's attitude above patient care. I assume it is because he pays them close to nothing so his take home pay is more and you get what you pay for when it comes to office staff. I assume the office staff accepts such low pay probably without benefits because their only other options are working fast food. Most of the office staff are literally illiterate without any common sense or compassion for the patients.

Dr. Lang allows his staff to be rude and unprofessional to his patients.

I gave Dr. Lang a rating of 2 because of his horrible and rude office staff. I have been a patient of his for about 30 years and I have never been treated so rudely by any office staff where I am a client/patient/customer. This is sad because Dr. Lang is an excellent dentist and a great person but I will not allow myself to be denigrated just to make an appt. Ex: I made an appt. and the office staff said it was a 3 week wait and I said okay; I called a week in advance to cancel and treated like crap. If it takes 3 weeks to get an appt then I do not understand why it would be an issue for me to cancel a week ahead. It made no sense. I am in the medical field myself and no shows and cancellations of appt's is just part of the job. There isn't a day that goes by when a pt. doesn't show up, doesn't call, or changes appt times multiple times. I too have lost patient's because of my support staff being rude to my patients and it is unprofessional but when a patient has to call and… speak with someone that is rude then usually much to the chagrin of the provider (if he/she even knows) he/she end up obtaining health care from another provider.

Cannot say enough about how happy my husband and I are with Dr. Lang's care. He is very careful to inflict little or no pain at all. He is forward thinking, extremely patient, maintains an excellent work p!ace atmosphere, and clearly has a great relationship with his staff.

Dr.Lang is very polite and he's very good with children. My whole family sees him. Small practice but very good.
