Dr. Ronald Jonathan Lee

My husband & I have been patients of Dr Ronald Lee for the past few years. Dr Lee is very knowledgeable about all Medical Issues. He always takes time to explain test results w/U. He is the Kindest & most Compassionate Doctor both my husband & I have dealt with over many years. The Medical Staff @ the Office are the best. They are very helpful setting up appointments, scheduling tests & we have never had any Problems with Billings. They are always professional, kind & caring. We feel very lucky to have found San Tan Family Medicine!

BEWARE PLEASE READ ALL COMMENTS!! This man should not be in the medical field at all! His staff is incompetent as well as a disrespectful doctor! He deserves a negative star amount

I would never recommend this office to anyone the doctor is so money hungry and the office manager is extremely rude and all family run from the biller and office manager. This office is unable to keep staff and all the good staff either is let go or quits

Dr. Lee is absolutely great, we have never felt rushed once he comes into the room. We have always left feeling listened to and well cared for. The staff has been wonderful. Of course, they have to do their job of getting insurance straight and bills paid, to which some people object. ;)

You cannot pick a better place for your medical care.

Office Staff was rude and insulting. Refused to submit our claim to the medical insurance, even after we explained that our medical insurance was covering the accident, because the other driver didn't have insurance and our medical insurance had already confirmed they would cover the expenses. The medical insurance had told us to just have them file the claim, but they wouldn't (because of "their" policy), which doesn't make sense. The office staff wouldn't listen to us, but just kept repeating their policy, telling us we didn't understand. I explained I did understand what they were saying as we are certainly not stupid. Clearly it was about getting the most money from the visit as I suspect in most accident cases that is the case. In this case, it is not as the girl who was driving the car in which my son was a passenger had let her insurance lapse. If we could have talked to the doctor, we wonder if he would have approved it. It is amazing that when a patient is calling to ask them… to bill the insurance, because the insurance company asked us to have them do it directly that they just would deny it. This doctor needs to evaluate his staff as a visit and care is more than the care the doctor gives. Very disappointing! Very unprofessional!

Dr Lee is great....but the staff and procedures, protocols leave a lot to be desired. I ran out of BP medication and called pharmacy to refill wed nite....Friday nite I stopped to pick up the medication and was told by the pharmacist I had to have an appointment with the Dr. first. I wondered why NOBODY from his office called to let me know this on Thursday or Friday, and was concerned about going the entire weekend without my script. I called the "on call" line and explained the situation and was told a physician would return my call within 3 hours.... To date..I have never received that call. Monday I called for an appt and was told after explaining the situation to the scheduler, that Friday was the first available. I asked if she could request enough medication be called in to the pharmacy for the 5 days.... she said she would ask the Dr. and let me know. Tuesday came and I had not heard anything, and had called the pharmacy repeatedly to find out if the medication had been… called in. No. I then called the office again, and the receptionist said she would do it right away...... Numerous calls later... I finally got the medication THURSDAY. Had horrible symptons all week...bloody nose, HBP, headaches, Needless to say I called a different practice and they gave me an appointment right away, along with a script for the medication. I canceled the appt with Dr. Lee. They then sent me a bill for a missed appointment!!!!!!!! Good Doctor, horrible staff and management. I will contact AMA if the invoice for a missed appointment arrives again.

I have been a patient here for several years and think Dr. Lee is a wonderful physician and will continue to return to his practice because of the individual attention I receive. In addition, I always feel welcomed at every visit even if I know I might have to wait a little while.

He really listened to what was wrong and helped me feel better quickly. The nursing staff was great too. Very friendly and professional. The only down side was that the wait was a bit too long, and I was the first patient of the day.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ronald Lee. The wait time was fine but as soon as he walked in he was condescending and acted like I wasn't worth his time. He spent a total of about five minutes with me when I clearly had questions, concerns and needed help getting over an injury. He hastily recommended me to a certain medical center for a splint which also ripped me off. I am now in even more pain and left with a RIDICULOUS bill from an incompetent doctor. I will never ever go back again. I seriously recommend anyone who reads this to stay away from this doctor. I actually learned more in five minutes on the internet then he would tell me when I was clearly asking relevant questions related to my injury.
