I have a very serious case. I was referred here from my dentist , so soon after I called to make an appointment but to my surprise a woman answered te phone so rude like she answered with a tone and asked me that what did I want, I responded by telling her my situation and Asking for an appointment she told me only one date and was rushing me to decide if I could go or not , I explained to her that I have a job and kids and had school. That I wouldn't be able to make that if she had anything else she put me on hold without any warning and she was smacking her teeth like getting annoyed and so she came back and she said "so what do you want". Never in my life have I've been treated so unprofessionally, so rude like through a PHONE! I thought this was a business , you should treat your future customers with respect even trough the phone if she had said her name I would have put it up. she sounded like she was 30-40 years old.
