Dr. Ronald Frederick Less, MD

Dr. Less is amazing. I had placenta previa with accreta and he was so caring and knowledgeable. I am 29 years old and the situation could have been scary if I didn?t know what to expect. But doctor Less made me feel cared for and safe the entire time. He was great in the surgery room and it was so comforting hearing his familiar voice during my c section and hysterectomy. I?m so happy that I went with Dr. less as my provider for OB. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ness is so personable and is a wonderful doctor. He listens to your concerns and offers suggestions without rushing you.

I was seeing midwives after learning I was pregnant. At my 20 week ultrasound we learned that we were expecting twins and they transferred my care to Dr Less as it was now considered "high risk". Dr Less is very straight forward....he cuts to the chase. I found that refreshing but I think that's the problem some people have with him. He's efficient and I think some people take that as rushed or uncaring. NOT THE CASE! Also, he tries to deliver all of his own Patients so when I see people complain they had to wait for him, I'm guessing that's why. One time he was delivering a baby and I had to wait a few hours but was given the option to reschedule. Anyway, I highly recommend him and am seeing him again for my current pregnancy!

I have had Dr Less as my OBGYN for over 5 years. He delivered our two children and am currently seeing him for our 3rd pregnancy. He is thorough with each appointment, has superb bedside manner, listens to me/my questions and offers solutions, and provides great care overall! I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an OBGYN!

I had to wait almost 3 hours to get seen by him. Once I got in, like the previous reviewer, I was in there less than 3 minutes. He didn't even let me explain everything completely. I came out more confuse than going in.

Dr. Less is a wonderful, caring doctor. He has a great sense of humor too. I would highly recommend him.

Took great care of me during 2 high risk pregnancies, and delivered both babies himself. Very thorough. I also had to have a pelvic surgery (not OB related) and while my general practioner wanted to wait and see if the cyst/mass would go away, Dr Less took care of the problem right away. Would recommend.

I had been annually seeing different doctors for about ten years before I began seeing Dr. Less. He was the first to notice I had uterus didelphys. He did appropriate testing and confirmed what he had noticed in the physical examination. He has always explained things clearly and even drawn pictures. the nurse practioners at the clinic are also very helpful. I have always felt like a person not a thing or an inconvenience at metropolitian Obgyn in St. Paul. He also practices out of Maplewood, MN. He's cute to boot. :)
