Would highly recommend getting a second opinion after seeing him. Work was done that never needed to be done in the first place.

I was overcharged. Connie told me my insurance wouldn't pay for 2 fillings (so I paid that day for them). I overpaid more than $270 but in order for her to refund my money (over a month later that was rightfully mine) I had to say I would do a chargeback on my credit card, file a claim with my insurance against them, and write a check for the exact amount I owed. Dentist was great and so were the dental hygienists. She was horrible to deal with and acted like I was in the wrong. Check your bill

Poor customer service

Was very pleased and happy with Dr Logan. I was one of those people scared to death of a dentist and him and the whole office treated me with respect and helped me thru the process.

There prices are high, but very profecional, I would suggest a second opinion first

He recommended services that were not needed for 2 members of my family. One family member had to goto another dentist to correct the problem. The sad thing is that the services wasn't even needed to begin with.

WOW! Were new to the area and tried Dr. Logan with a Groupon coupon while we searched for a local dentist, we are no longer looking! What a kind and considerate professional! His entire focus was on my dental needs and giving me a wonderful experience! Will be making my appointment to begin my dental work next week . His staff rocks too!

I told Dr. Logan that I would like my silver fillings removed and he said that Mercury was completely safe, that I could drink a shot of it and it would just pass through my system without doing any harm. I just stared blankly while he said that to me. Then he went on to say that he would remove them if I was concerned. Uh, no thanks. If he does not believe Mercury to be toxic then I know that he will not remove them properly. I did not go back to his office.
