The staff was very professional and extremely nice!!! AND the dentist WOW! Just WOW! He was like a grandpa, very sweet man! As kind as you can get! my 3 year old son was not scared at ALL!! I did not feel rushed at all! They took their time with me and answered all my questions! Thank you!!

Was referred to this office for kids dental care. When we came first, we did not have insurance. I had a treatment plan for 3 feelings, one being kids root canal. My son was not comfortable when they tried to do an xray. This being a kids dental office I thought they have a way to make it more comfortable for kids. To save money we added our son to the dental plan and waited few months until new year to get treatment. We had our first tooth done right after new year and I had to convince the staff that one of them is already loose and there is no point of treating it. After the filling they realized we have insurance and told me I have to do a full mouth xray. On the next appointment, and supposedly the last one I was told that they will do the last tooth with the root canal. The doctor said my son (7 y.o.) was too nervous and needed a prescription to help him relax. I made him swallow the sedative, got him from school early to get there on time. After 30 min wait the assistant started… taking xray of the other tooth. I said we did it last time and here for root canal. The other assistant came in and said he has another feeling that needs to be done on the same tooth as last time! I said that that was not was I was told. She started poking on my son's teeth and "found" couple other "sticky spots." I said I want to talk to the doctor, but he did not have a say because his assistant was trying to tell things for him. They told me they will not do the much needed root canal until they do other feelings that were not there a week before. I just had to leave.
