Dr. Ronald Alyn Macbeth, MD

Saw him for broken ankle-he recommended a brace and stay off foot. Would go back if ever needed.

Dr. Macbeth performed emergency surgery for a severely broken ankle. He was professional, compassionate, patient and very clear on what he would be doing. He gave my husband and I every opportunity to ask questions. He checked on me after the surgery to inform me that. all went well and to see if I needed anything or had any questions. I have since seen Dr. Macbeth, as well as, his PA, Brian Hesse. Both have been outstanding! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Macbeth.

Sought this surgeon for consultation but was processed first by the X-ray department, of which the same Union General Hospital had recent MRI, therefore un-necessary in that the shoulder issue had not changed: same spurs and same old tendon tear. This doctor is not the one to see for this sort of surgery. He's more interested in knees and hips; therefore, seemed curt and rude in haste...a maximum time was less than 2 minutes to decide he's not the one for me!

I was very disappointed with my visit to dr. Macbeth. I feel that because he required an x ray before he even talked with me he had already made a diagnosis . He didn't want to hear anything I wanted to say. I have since learned that I have a pelvic problem but since I didn't need a hip replacement I felt I was waiting his time.

Dr. Macbeth has been great to me. Very skilled and professional , kind and courteous. I've had both knees replaced and he's done a great job. I highly recommend him.
