Best Psychiatrist in the area by a long shot. Easy to talk to, listens attentively. Patient is "allowed" to participate in their own treatment. He cares. Highly recommended.

He uses in timadation with you and your child He prescribes medication and diagnosis of your child without letting you know what it is. Then threatens you with taking your child away. If you Child needs to be seen for mental health issues stay clear of Dr. Ronald D. McFadden MD

I can't believe some of these ratings! Dr. McFadden is a true professional who will help you in any way he can. He is sometimes a little late, but with good reason. How can he tell how much time a patient is going to need his care? He doesn't just get up and walk out! He takes as long as is necessary to help his patients. I am 75 years old, and I've seen a lot of doctors in my time. Dr. McFadden is one of the best - if not the very best! If you treat him and his staff with respect, you'll get respect/results in return. Dr. M is a true professional in every way! Without his help, I don't think I would be here today - he has literally saved my life! So, if you are sitting in the waiting room waiting on him and fuming, just remember he might be saving a life!

Dr McFadden was very late. The staff didnt know where he was. After an hr late the receptionist was of no help. She had no info wouldn't allow me to reschedule the appointment for my daughter. I don't know if he is over worked or has little respect and little consideration for his patients. Whether you are a dr or hold a normal job. Be considerate, respectful reach to out to the office let receptionist know you are going to be late. Ask them to wait or reschedule. Blowing patients off is a flag saying find someone better!

The office staff is the only thing positive about this organisation. My son and I had an appointment scheduled a month in advance at 2:00 PM. This "doctor" shows up two hours late and spends five minutes with my son. This "doctor" has an attitude and is not someone to trust for any kind of medical care.
