Some medical staff are not helpful. When I am already dealing with the stress of taking care of a sick child, I get a lot of questioning that acts like I am a complete idiot and maybe I just shouldn't have called at all. If I am bothering to call medical personnel about a question, it is because I am seeking medical advice. If you act like I should have just googled that, then maybe your position really isn't helpful and you should go find a job elsewhere. Or maybe, you could be a professional and answer my question in a professional manner rather than giving me the third degree.

I have been with this provider for years. I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the office staff as well as Dr McGilton. He takes the time to explain everything and even though I am a nurse, he neve assumes that I know the answers. Very caring and takes the time to answer all questions. I would definitely recommend this provider.

I have never offered a review after seeing Dr. McGilton for several years. Having read the 3 reviews posted I had to give a review after reading 1 posted review that was mostly negative. I feel that patient brought an attitude to the appointment. I have never waited for a very long time for my appointments and have always found Dr. McGilton to give all the time necessary. Perhaps that was the reason for the patient's unsatisfactory comments. Dr. McGilton will not rush a patient. He will listen and will respond. He will read emails and respond as quickly as possible, staying over to do so. I would certainly recommend Dr. McGilton.

Had to wait 40 mins and then wrong dIagnosed didn't help either. Office staff need some customer service training.

Dr. Mc Gilton is a very caring, compassionate,knowedgeable physician. He is an excellent diagnostician and is agressive in treatments. His patients adore him and consider themselves very fortunate to have such a fine doctor in whom they can place complete trust.
