Dr. McKechnie is the best. He shows each patient and their family such compassion and addresses all your concerns. He takes his time with each patient and is never rushed. He is trusted and valued as not only my doctor and has become like a member of our family. When you have him on your team you have the only the BEST!

I met Dr. Ronald McKechnie after having been admitted to the hospital unexpectedly. I'd been up most of the night going through a series of tests while the hospital staff was trying to assess my situation. Dr. McKechnie performed the final test I needed, so I know I was added into his schedule for the day. I was exhausted, and although I was his last patient of the day (on a Friday, no less!), he was still calm, unhurried, personable, very informative about the procedure he was going to perform. He took the time to courteously listen and to answer my questions. Following the procedure, he came back to check on me. After undergoing multiple blood tests, IV's, and fasting during my previous 15 hours, it meant so much to me to complete my experience with such a caring doctor. I highly recommend him!

Dr.Mckechnie saved the life of a colleague of mine so I knew he was skilled at his profession. I recently had cause for alarm and was lucky enough to get an appointment with him. HE IS MARVELOUS!!! He listens and makes eye contact while communicating. He does not appear rushed and makes you feel like you are the only appointment of the day. He explained everything in terms that I understood but he didn't make me feel like he was dumbing it down. He made me feel like we were going to the find the solution to issue. This man loves what he does and it shows in every action he takes. In a world that seems so hurried and careless its refreshing to find a HIGHLY skilled professional that takes the time to care and is highly regarded in their profession.
