Education and Training. Dr. Moomaw graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1980. He completed a combined civilian/military residency at Wright Patterson Air Force Base and Wright State University. Dr. Moomaw is Board Certified in Psychiatry with a lifetime certification yet choese to recertify last year. He is also a fellow of the American College of Neurologists and Psychiatrists.
