Dr. Ronald Dominic Nardell, MD

Dr Nardell is great but if you require medical attention avoid him at all costs because his staff is completely unreliable. They do not give Dr Nardell messages on purpose and they cannot be relied upon to fax referrals or make appointments. If you have health conditions please do not put it in the hands of Dr Nardell’s staff! You will regret putting your health and well being in the hands of a staff that has no repercussions for their incompetent actions.

Waiting time for a.message to get through About a week if it gets there---on ,Friday's after one pm the answering service takes messages and no one gets back to you Showing up in person to ask a question has been the best way to get a response! Caring and compassionate physician but needs staff remake!

Dr. Nardell is a doctor that really cares about his patients. I never had a doctor that took their time to really understand their patient's concerns and Dr. Nardell listens to all my concerns. Dr. Nardell and his staff are very kind and welcoming. This is one office im confident and saying you can trust with your health.

I love Dr. Nardell, as a physician. He truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to understand the full scope of whatever issue you may be having. When prescribing meds, he explains the pros and cons, and respects your decisions about your own medical care. The problem is getting through the "gatekeepers" in the front office. They consistently do not relay messages to the doctor, fail to complete referrals to specialists, and act like you are genuinely inconveniencing them when they are asked to do their jobs. I called a few minutes ago to confirm the office is open today, since I have an appointment this afternoon, and we are in the middle of a snowstorm. The phone was answered by Kimberly, who very nastily accused me of having an appointment last week and not showing up. After explaining to her that I specifically made an appointment for today, which is my day off from work, and would never have made an appointment for the day in question, she continued to speak to me in a… very hostile and condescending tone. I am keeping my appointment this afternoon simply so I can explain to Dr. Nardell why I will no longer be a patient of his. It is a shame.

As a nurse with 25 years of experience in healthcare I am extremely impressed with Dr Nardell. He has demonstrated medical expertise and compassion to myself and my family. I have recommended him to patients that ask me if I could recommend a good family physician. My daughter comes in from Pitt just to see him for her visits. I highly recommend him.

We miss Dr. Nardell here in Las Vegas. He is the best. My husband and I loved him as a doctor. He was very caring and spent time explaining things so we would understand.

Was a previous patient of Dr Nadal ls in Las Vegas. Was the best doc ever! Took time with you and very thorough. And loved his sense of humor. Haven't found anyone to compare. Was a great loss to our medical community.
