Dr. Ronald Nils Paasch, MD

When me and my partner were treated by him, he did nothing unless money was involved. If I didn't decide to get surgery on my back or other treatments, we received pretty unethical treatment.

Dr. Paasch seems really nice and caring, but when he's done treating you and there isn't anymore money in it for him, he ignores you. My husband had numerous injections and nerve ablation, but nothing worked. He referred him to a Neurosurgeon who has terrible ratings. I asked for a different Neurosurgeon and was told there were no others he could recommend. I made several calls to his office, but the answer is always the same. I asked to speak directly to Dr. Paasch, but he doesn't take phone calls. Everything has to go through his staff. My husband is in terrible pain and cannot walk with assistance, but Dr. Paasch doesn't seem to care.

4 weeks for a follow up appointment after an emergency MRI. The office staff is awful.

Dr Paasch is very attentive and thorough. He is kind and really tackles things head on. He has a sense of human and is very gentle. I've had cortisone shots from him multiple times. He's great!

What a horrible experience. Very arrogant man. Didn't listen to anything I said.

Paasch does not listen nor care about his patient's problems. He is in it for the money only. Stay away from him and complain to the Mass Board of Registration.

His office staff suck. I was switching insurance and needed a procedure done, they decided not to schedule it because of my insurance. I have money, they chose to make the determination that I could wait for the new insurance. If I could wait 3 months the procedure really wasn't needed. He said, sorry that is the way we work it here. Poor service and makes you wondering if the office thought it was okay for me to wait, how many procedures does he order that are not needed?

Not helpful at all; a waste of my time.
