I have visited a lot of orthopedic doctors/surgeons but none better than Dr Ronald Paik. He is a true professional in everything he does. He takes the time to explain every step of the procedure and he performs the procedure with great skill--if it were possible I would give him more than 5 stars, but since it is not possible I would give him a 5 plus. He has earned it!

I've had "rusty" shoulders since my early 20s as a result of my wrestling days, and both shoulders have a Hill-Sachs defect. Because of this, on numerous occasions, they would dislocate, but I was always afraid to have surgery. Fast forward 25 years and my left shoulder dislocated again, but this time I had fractured my socket and a torn labrum and rotator cuff. I was recommended to Dr. Paik by other folks who are familiar with his work. Dr. Paik took the time to educate me on what had happened and what needed to be done. In addition, I didn't have to have an invasive surgery, I only had to have arthroscopic. The surgery went well, and I have full mobility after five months. Dr. Paik was amazing and continues to follow-up with me, to ensure that everything is still going well. I highly recommend Dr. Paik to anyone needing shoulder surgery.

Explains everything very well. Provided a referral to a pain mgmt spec. Since I am not a good candidate for surgery. My daughter was also impressed with him.

Dr. Pail is a terrific doctor! He is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is a great listener and answered all my questions. He does not recommend shots or procedures unless they are medically necessary. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had! I highly recommend him!
