Dr. Ronald F. Pendleton, DO, FAAFP

When I went for my first visit the office atmosphere and the front office personnel were friendly and helpful. I liked Dr Pendleton from day one. He listen to what iIhad to say about my health and I listen to him. Dr Pendleton took charge changed previous medications and provided great diatary instructions. My overall health has approved by listening to my doctor. Dr Pendleton tells it like it is and thats very important to me.

My normal PCP was Dr. Gajewski, but scheduling an appointment with her was always impossible. I needed my medications refilled so I asked to just be scheduled with someone in the office. I lucked up and found the best doctor I've ever been to. I'll agree that he's not the most social guy but I always thought the point of a doctor was to get treatment not friendship. Don't get me wrong, he's not rude by any means but don't expect him to waste time asking you what you did for new years. He didn't make it personal which for me was a good thing, when things are too personal I find it hard to tell the doctor if there is something disgusting going on with my body (why my PCOS went untreated for many years, also the reason why I would of never considered a male doctor) When he came in, he reviewed my chart and went over my medications and how they were working for me. I told him this winter I was having more issues than normal with my asthma. He listened to my breathing and even a forced… cough (that was new). He asked how my breathing was today. I told him it was normal and he ordered this digital breathing test, something that I didn't even know existed. He got the results and changed my preventative medication. I have not used my rescue inhaler once since the change. I was using it 3-4 times/day. Even though I was not his normal patient, he actually read my chart and cared how things were working for me. He asked if I was still having any symptoms from my PCOS and strangely I felt at ease which isn't always the case at my OB-GYN. I was thoroughly impressed at how much he cared about my well being. Honestly, I cant say enough great things about him. My moms doctor moved across town and she has already set up an appointment with him to get established. I''m definitely switching him to be my normal PCP.

Dr Pendleton Was very efficient listened to all my problems .Prescribed meds to help with all my ailments.Very good experience.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Pendleton but didnâ??t get past the office staff. They insisted upon having my social security number for some unknown reason, other than stating it was company policy. I explained it had not been used as an identification number by insurance companies for years, the military doesnâ??t even use it anymore as a form of identification (your service number is not your SS number) and that I had provided my insurance card and drivers license number. They refused to accept me as a new patient without providing them my social security number. No wander this doctor is looking for new patients, the office staff is preventing educated people from becoming a patient. In todayâ??s world of identify theft I refused to provide it for an antiquated answer of â??company policyâ??.

If you want to be treated like an idot then this is your doctor
