Dr. Ronald Bruce Resnick, MD

Was seen by him through the acute care clinic and do not recommend. Among other things- he told me that “other people were walking around and fine- not needing pain medication at my point after a knee replacement “. I was one week after my knee replacement when he told me that- and that is dangerously false information that made dealing with the pain and stress of a major surgery that much harder. Also didn’t do what concord ortho/my surgeon had already recommended- which was to rule out blood clots. Avoid.

He's not capable of reading an xray. He ruined my life and my nursing career. He ignored my requests for an mri or ct scan. I'm now on SS and medicare suffering with intense pain everyday. I developed CRPS due to this man's negligence. He's on FB with his cars and boats. He needs to be fired!!!!! He's a liability to COPA. He should not be doing surgeries or tx patients he has no clue. Someone paid for his Columbia education. See Gentchos his education is Official. He listens. He cares, and he's a hot ticket! Great guy with a big heart! I was blessed to have him after Resnick. Please heade my warning. He doesn't listen to his patients.

Dr Resnick is a great ortho surgeon. Explains everything in simple terms and the are awesome.

Thanks Doc ! Definitely took some of the worrying away. Initial check up To see what my options are for treatment on Achilles’ tear. Explained the process of surgery and not getting surgery to help make a decision on how to proceed. I feel pretty confident on the decision and the future treatment working with Dr Resnick. Thank you.

I had secretary make appointment for Dr Resnik. My reminder was for Dr Resnik. My check in was with Dr Resnik.I did no see Dr Resnik and he did not see me. I think I was seen by B. Donovan PA. She was very rushed, did not answer my questions and did not have any suggestions on how I should continue my walking program. I would not recommend her.

Still waiting for tests outcome?

Staff scheduled me on last minute notice due to pain from plantar fasciitis. Wait time was minimal, Dr Resnick examined my foot, had x-rays taken to confirm his diagnosis & suggested treatment, which he was able to do at that time, then re-scheduled me for my follow-up. Very professional, well run practice.

Dr Renwick did minor toe surgery. Very happy with the outcome.

My visit with Dr. Resnik was pleasant and satisfying. He explained my injury and expected recovery very well. I have complete confidence in his expertise. I am very happy to have him treat me.

Quick to get an appointment, wait time in waiting room was minimal, front desk staff welcoming and helpful, x-ray technician was skilled and patient, Dr Resnick was pleasant, asked good questions, explained my condition and suggested therapies. Highly recommend Concord Ortho at New London, Dr Resnick and the staff at the beautiful office.
