Dr. Ronald Wayne Richardson, MD

Dr. Richardson was very rude. Gone to the weslaco eye experts for years all the drs i had were sweet ; it was my first time ever meeting him . I knew he was gonna be rude before he checked me , i saw him walking the hall and one of the staff members were trying to talk to him and he continued walking as the staff member was talking to . He just came in and saw me and didn’t even really talk to me or ask me if i had any questions just examined and left ..

My first time going and I will say everyone there was so nice ! The doctor was sweet and very professional in explaining things and doing the examing as well too . I will definitely be going again . Very comfortable too.

Dr Richardson lack compassion with patients lack conversational skills and I had to extract an explanation from him.

Very helpful and professional and great services . Would highly recommend his services.

I found that Dr Anderson was very cold and not very caring. Just another patient. This was my 4th visit. The technicians do all the work. Not impressed.

Great experience during my first visit. Wait time was not long at all, and the staff was very courteous. Dr. Richardson made me feel very comfortable and assisted me with the issues I was having.

Doctor walked in without one look at me or any kind of greeting or even acknowledgement. Started telling me eyedrops for treatment and not really explaining what the treatment was for. He assumed I knew what he was talking about. I had to stop him and ask him to “start from the beginning”. He answered my questions but did so in such an impersonal, mechanical, unfeeling manner as if I was wasting his time and I was not that important to him at all. Which i probably am not but show some professionalism. I felt this way on the last visit with him a year ago. I did ask for someone else but they said it would be two payable visits instead of just one with him.

Smooth going thru all the exams . He is very courteous and explain to me everything . I came out feeling great. Beautiful staff they know what they are doing. Love it..
