Dr. Ronald Lee Rubenstein, MD

I saw Dr. Rubenstein when I was sick in February and he was one of the worst doctors I have seen. He lacked basic courtesy such as introducing himself and shaking my hand. He cleaned out one of my ears, which was the worst ear cleaning I had and he failed to ask me if I was okay. He seemed more interested in talking about the common connections we had rather than trying to treat my symptoms. Awful doctor and I will never go back to him again!

I was Dr. Rubenstein patient back in the early 80's, he had found out why I was constantly sick for years. It wasmy tonsils, but mainly why Iwas sick was because my elementry school had asbestos. I had been telling my doctors and family for years, no one listened except for Dr. Rubenstein. He found what I sick from, so I want to thank Dr. Rubenstein for everything he did for me!

I have just had my first appt with Dr. Rubenstein and it was a very positive one. I received an appt. within a week of my being referred. The waiting room was full which to me tells me they must be doing a good job to have so many referred patients. They moved the patients through quickly. Dr. Rubenstein is a "to the point doctor" but was very compassionate and quickly found my problem. He preformed a mini CT in his office (a wonderful convenience to have for the patient) which also allowed him to immediately make a diagnosis. I they did a new patient registration, I received an exam, CT,followup exam, explanation of problem, prescription, Sample Saline Solution & Demonstration, Sleep Study appt, all within an hour.. Personally, I don't get upset if I have to wait for a doctor. If the patient ahead of me has a real medical need that requires more time then I just need to wait. I figure if it was me that needed the extra care time I would want the Dr to take it. .

I have gone to Dr. Rubenstein for years and have sent my mother to him too. He is the best. Compassionate, insightful, and intelligent, Dr. Rubenstein is an excellent ENT.
