I had my first colonoscopy performed at Wake Endoscopy Center. I had no idea what to expect. And my last very bad experience in Emergency room of WakeMed Cary left me feeling uneasy going in for any procedure at any medical facility. NOT THIS PLACE!! Flawless!! From the moment I stepped on the second floor I was taken care off. The wait time took less then 15 minutes. Everyone I came in to contact with was extremely caring, and considerate , making sure I was comfortable and feeling at ease. Dr. Schwarz is amazing , very calm, superb bedside manners, very professional, liked him a lot:) The whole procedure took about 30 minutes from me walking in and rolling out to my car. I am so thrilled that my first experience was such a breeze .Big THANK YOU to Michelle Goldenberg( Technician), Rachel Honeycutt( Anesthetist). God bless you all for being such an awesome team !!!

Dr Ronald Schwarz has done my second colonoscopy now and again everything went smoothly and on time. He is very thorough and pleasant. Answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Schwartz is an exceptional physician with an assured and gentle manner. He is confident, very experienced and takes time both before and after a procedure to explain what to expect, and VERY importantly he also LISTENS. His team is trained to do the same . The result is a positive, professional experience throughout. I most highly recommend Dr. Schwartz. This is my second procedure with Dr. Schwartz.

I have had a colonoscopy every five years by Dr. Ronald Schwarz since 1991. He is an excellent, compassionate doctor who has saved many lives I'm sure. Appointments are always on time and Dr. Schwarz and his highly professional staff always take good care of me. I couldn't ask for any better!!

This was either my 3rd or 4th colonoscopy performed by Dr. Schwarz and I will certainly ask for him again the next time one is required. The staff and service is outstanding from check-in to check-out. I was called back from the waiting room within 10 minutes of checking in. Everyone I encountered from the time I checked in at the front desk to the time I was wheeled to the car were professional, courteous and sincerely concerned about my comfort and peace of mind.
