Poor quality of work

I have private insurance and went to see Dr. Snyder about getting a crown because I had a crack in my tooth. His office charged me $450 even though my out-of-pocket expense was only $400. The crown did not fit properly so instead of him sending it back to the lab to be readjusted he just grinding it down and grind did the tooth above it down. He then glued the Crown on without having me even confirm that it was OK so before I know it I’m looking in the mirror and I have a crown with a big black dot in the middle of it and it doesn’t reach my gumline so my gumline is sensitive to hot cold and my gum massager. When I went to see him about this he was very hostile and aggressive, He made me cry and told me the only solution was to put a silver crown on my tooth because he would have to takeoff too much of my two to replace the crown now that it’s glued on. Please save your guys that hassle and do not see this doctor, his ratings seem good because he’s used to dealing with low income… people and taking advantage. I fully did my due diligence before seeing Dr. Snyder and looked at all his reviews, this is why I chose him, huge mistake! I am now out of $450 and I have The worst crime that I’ve ever seen. I’m familiar with dentistry because I worked as a dental assistant before So believe me when I tell you his credentials do not match these reviews, I’m starting to think he writes them himself
