Hawthorn Physical Medicine is a Multi-Discipline practice located just west of Hawthorn shopping center. The clinic specilized in radiating pain (shooting pain, numbness/tingling, burning pain, stabbing, loss of strength/sensation etc...) Our office is capable of most diagnostic testing (X-Ray, MRI, Nerve Testing, Bone Scan etc...)and we accept almost all insurances. Call our billing dept. for more information.
