Meet Dr. Swang
Dr. Ronald A. Swang grew up in Nashville, Tennessee. He attended David Lipscomb High School, and David Lipscomb College. He graduated cum laude with a degree in chemistry. Dr. Swang attended the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis and graduated in 1974. Following graduation Dr. Swang had an externship with the State of Tennessee Department of Public Health and served as a dentist for Montgomery County Public Health. He set up a general dentistry practice in the Green Hills area of Nashville where he has been practicing in the same building since July of 1975. Dr. Swang is an active member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, the Nashville Dental Society, and the Greater Nashville Dental Study Group. In order to fulfill his goal of providing his patients with the best dental care possible, he is continually striving to improve his education, technology, and office environment.
Dr. Swang and his wife Susan were married in …1975 and have two children. He began coaching girls softball when his daughters began to play and has been a volunteer high school softball coach for Lipscomb High School coach since 1999. He has also had the honor to be the team dentist for Lipscomb University since his graduation. Dr Swang and his wife attend Hillsboro Church of Christ where they have been active members since their marriage.
