Dr. Ronald A Sylvester, DDS

My filling from 25 years ago started to deteriorate, but I was so afraid to have it replaced because it was excruciatingly painful the first time. I made the appointment with Dr. Sylvester after finding a piece of filling in the food I was chewing. I had to do something. Dr. Sylvester's assistant numbed the area with a Q-Tip, then Dr. Sylvester gave me the shot. He was so gentle, I didn't even feel it! I couldn't believe it. Then he drilled out the old filling, and replaced it. It was don't in under 10 minutes. I can't believe I waited so long to get my tooth repaired. No pain and his staff is the best! I'm sooooooo happy to have this done, and I won't hesitate to go back to Dr. Sylvester!!

my visit to Dr. Sylvester was overall great.. I had a root canal and two fillings done in the same day and I think he done a wonderful job.. All the staffs is so friendly and I would recommend them to anyone who ask for a dentist..

I have known Dr Sylvester for years but my more recent experiences have not been up to par!! The staff is very unprofessional and uncourteous, a lesson in hospitality for the customer/patient would go a long way. Not only have they made me extremely uncomfortable but I've endured pain for over a month with no answers while being 6 months pregnant. I feel that it is the responsibility of the operating dentist to seek a solution to a lingering problem after doing work on the area that wasn't in pain before hand. Instead they referred me to another dentist because "there was nothing they could do". I have already spent a lot of money here and did not have pain like this before he did the work and now I should spend more to go somewhere else?! Not a happy customer, would not recommend again!
