Been seeing dr Tamler for almost 5 years to treat my thyroid issues. Such a great uplifting personality. He’s got s very unique and funny sense of humor. Very thorough with treating you as well. Helped me get my thyroid levels to a normal rate, in order to get pregnant. Will continue seeing him for as long as I can! I live in Queens but his expertise is worth the trip!

If anyone needs an endocrinologist, Ronald Tamler, M.D. is "the one!!" He is so intelligent, caring, spends a lot of time with his patient and is so easily reachable. He sits and faces the patient and seriously listens to them and is so kind. I highly recommend him!

I've been treated by Dr. Tamler off and on for three now. I trusted his professional opinions on my specific concerns. Dr. Tamler always fit me in when needed and gave me the best advice- even if I still wanted to try this option or that option... As my jobs come and on so does quality doctors. Dr. Tamler & his staff, most notably his nurse-practitioner, are consistently attentive, informative, and always a pleasure to visit. On more than one occasion, I literally didnt even have to sit in his waiting area before being called in to see him. He spends time with you explaining very complex medical concepts in laymans terms so that you fully comprehend your diagnosis and treatment options. I recommend his practice 100%. My only suggestion is to call to make an appointment ASAP because his expertise is highly sought after, filling up his calendar very quickly.

Dr Tamler is very traditional and only reacts to blood work and numbers, not how the patient feels.

He was the 2nd of three specialists (the others were a Pulmonologist and an Obstructive Sleep Apnea doctor). He not only successfully treated my excessive persperation condition (reduce my daily caffeine intake) but referred me to a Registered Dietician for my high BMI score, and discovered a low testosterone condition (of which I was completely unaware) that is being treated as I write this. Preliminary results after 2 weeks of TRT have been quite favorable, as evidenced by my wife's glowing smile each morning. :)!
