Dr. Taylor was born in Salt Lake City, UT, and moved to Billings, MT, during his teen years, graduating from Billings High School. He attended Brigham Young University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1967. He went on to attend Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, IL, graduating in 1971. He established his practice in Grand Junction in 1971 and has been practicing here ever since.
Dr. Taylor has two grown children and five granddaughters. He is very active in his church, is a member of Sertoma and is active with the Boy Scouts of America, and has been for many years, at one time serving as Council President for the Western Colorado Council. He also serves as a volunteer with the Victim's Assistance Program of Mesa County. In his little bit of spare time, he likes to hunt and fish. Every year he goes to San Diego, CA, for a deep-sea fishing expedition, and once caught a 184-pound yellow-fin tuna.
Through ongoing professional development and …peer groups, Dr. Taylor keeps his finger on the pulse of new and evolving treatment options, such as dental implants.
