Dr. Ronald Steven Watts, MD

Haven't gone to the doctor Watts for 2 and 1/2 years my experience with him and his staff has been amazing his staff is on point very polite and professional it's been a pleasure and an honor to talk with his staff anytime I call for any kind of questions the answer it if they don't have the answer they called me back with one they're very prompt I'm one of those kind of people who can't remember what time my appointment is I'm always have to call them and find out if it's 10 or 11 I always have a call back or a text when I first started attending doctor Watts I know him knew what my problem was he took a series of tests it first started I had a calcium problem so he removes some stuff from my throat then later on I guess about a couple of months later I got really sick I had to go back the final diagnosis is that my thyroid had to be removed it took him about maybe six months or less to get my numbers down so we can do the surgery my numbers went down he did the surgery and I've been… attending him on my regular visits to make sure that the medicine that he gave me is working so far so good I've never had a problem with my medicine nor with Doctor watts are his staff he's amazing doctor in a good one I highly recommend him and his staff for the service and the professionist that they gave me

Dr.R.Watts and his staff treats me and other patients with respect,courtesy,speed and promptness.They give and show superior care to myself and others.I always have a wonderful visit,because Dr.Watts and his staff always treats myself and others like family by talking one on one with us about our health problems,and greeting us with a smileð???

They never answer the phone, they are slow to refill prescriptions, and the office staff are some of the worse I have seen. Anna Truong is very sweet, but the overall experience I had was horrible. Also they are bad about neglecting to tell if your labs are normal or not.

Getting someone to answer the phone when you call for an appointment is nearly impossible. It took a week and a half of calling and leaving a message for me to continue calling and get someone to answer, when I told the receptionist of my dilemia with my not getting my phone call returned she said "yeah I know what do you want" I said an appointment she said ok and that it would be two months before I could get in. I said "what, that's a long wait" she said well its been a year since you've been in and I said "because I was given a year supply of meds from Dr. Watts" needless to say I wouldnt refer Dr.Watts to anyone who would like to see their doctor in the same quarter that they call in. And in the event that you do get in bring a good book, may I suggest a long novel. There is a long wait. He is a good doctor but he is not the only doctor in his field or in my area.
