Dr. Ronda E. Alexander, MD

When I met Dr. Alexander, I was at the end of my rope, suffering with a voice disorder for years. She was warm, understanding, thorough, and ready with practical solutions. I have never met a better doctor, and I am confounded that others would occasionally report negative experiences. She cares about your medical situation, your personal situation, she sings, she jokes, she is a dream. I could not recommend her enough.

I had an appointment, and although it took longer than I thought, it was worth it to wait a bit. She took care of me with the utmost professionalism and took her time.

This was, hands down, the worst doctor's appt. I've ever experienced. I've never written a bad review, but it would be wrong of me not to warn others. This doctor was horrible. She did a procedure that I've had done by other, apparently more qualified doctors. However, with Dr. Alexander, the pain was excruciating. She kept pushing harder, even as I expressed extreme discomfort. It was almost as if she enjoyed it. It was horrible. I tried to be as nice as possible, but she was just plain rude, disinterested, and seemed as if my mere presence was an annoyance. I waited over one hour in her waiting room and then another hour in the examining room. When she came in, I said very nicely "you guys must be busy today". She looked bored and said "not really". I got the impression that I had disturbed her royal highness. Then, to top it all off, she submitted a sloppy diagnosis to my insurance company so they didn't pay. I called back FOUR times to ask her to resubmit and she never did. The… assistant who took my messages seemed down right embarrassed by Alexander's unprofessionalism. She was polite and tried to be helpful, but I'm sure there was nothing she could do. My advice.....RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK. There's too many wonderful doctors in this city to put up with someone like this woman.

Dr. Alexander is a wonderful doctor. She is upfront and tells you exactly what is going on with you. She is wonderful.

Mom has been seeing her since early part of 2018 and I have got to say that she is the Best! Since the first time her and Mother met, they had an instant connection and all of our visits have been a pleasure. She is easy to talk to and will answer all your questions or doubts. She has helped us gain our Mother back and is free of the tracheostomy she had for over a year and a half! We are so grateful to her and her wonder team or doctors and nurses. She even went out of her way to see us without an appointment bc Mother was having problems breathing and so we are forever in debt to her for the care she took. Dr. Alexander is the greatest! She takes the time to explain procedures and answers all your questions. A Doctor that really cares.

Dr. Alexander is the most caring doctor I have ever seen. She is one of a kind in this day and age of medicine. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty for me several times.

I would recommend Dr. Ronda Alexander to friends and family.
