She spent a lot of time explaining things to my elderly mother, treated her with respect, was not condescending when mom repeated questions, or didn’t understand. She was a fill in provider but I wish she was full time..

What a great lady doc... she was just a substitute for my reg family doc, but I wish she wasn’t retired! Kind, sweet, talked to me at my level, didn’t try to impress me with BIG words, or try to make me feel stupid.. I felt like she was a concerned compassionate friend.. wish i could give her 10 stars!!!

Excellent doctor .. I saw her at my home clinic in Idalou/ she was filling in. My autistic teenage son was ill. She treated him so kindly and was so professional. Most people don’t interact with him but she did.. and he appreciated it.. I appreciated that she treated him as an equal.. words can not express how she made us both feel that day.. she is semi retired or we would see her as our pcp..

Dr. Barr was filling in at our clinic today. We, as a family, have been struggling with strep throat and difficulty breathing at night for the past week. The girls get worked up and have strider as they struggle to calm themselves. I went in looking for advice on a Friday, on how to help my daughters breathe better throughout the night over the weekend. Thinking something could help. The advice she gave was fine (she said we need to put them in the shower) however, her demeanor and the way she delivered the information made me feel like an unintelligent, medicine seeking mother. I felt very embarrassed in front of my children, that's not a fun feeling. If Dr. Barr fills in at our clinic again. I will go else where.

I am struggling with pain in my toes and one of my knees. I just lost my job and my insurance will be ending soon, so wanted to see someone about the pain. I was griped out for going to the Urgent Care Clinic because apparently pain is not considered "urgent". Wasted almost $80 for nothing. I had about $111 and now I can't afford to go to Walmart to get groceries or the things she suggested I buy from Walmart that "might" help with the pain. Apparently losing your job and having very little income doesn't matter when it comes to them demanding money. Never going there again!!!!!!
