Takes the time to listen and understand the patient's concerns. Works with the patient to develop a care plan. Highly recommend her! Followed her to NYU

Unprofessional staff. Books appointments and does not honor them. They will leave you hanging without an appointment and no meds. Very very unprofessional. There are many endocrinologists to choose from on the north shore of Nassau. Do yourself a favor and pick another office.

I took my 80+ year old father to see Dr. Bloom. She came in the room like a hurricane, sat down and starting throwing questions at him. When he attempted to answer them she either cut him off by talking down to him, belittled him at times and made him feel like a child in trouble. She's very to the point and direct which is fine, however needs to take a step back and speak to her patients in a more professional caring manner. She has absolutely no bed side manner at all! I'm sure shes a great doctor but needs some training on how to interact with her patients better. Needless to say my father refuses to go back to her.

I have been with Dr Bloom for many years and she is wonderful & thorough......But trying to get info to my suppliers metronic for my pump supplies has just recently become an issue ! Dr orders had NO date on it ? Medicare will not honor it without a date ! Prescription for insulin was received at my Pharmacy without a diagnosis ? Again ,She, Dr. Bloom is awesome. Thank you !

Dr. Bloom was effective and efficient when helping me. I was seeing a different endocrinologist who was not listening to my concerns. Dr. Bloom ran tests to get a more accurate diagnosis and adjusted medications. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Bloom.

More concerned with her own ego than actually helping patient.

I went to this doctor because I was not feeling well. I explained my symtoms and she ran blood test. She said she would call me with my results, WHICH she never did . I called two weeks later to follow up and the girl on the phone was nasty and said she was on vacation and she would leave a message. Only to not get called again. I called recently to have my results mailed to me to be greeted with an attitude Only to see that my RESULTS show I have insulin resistance!!!!!!!!!! Which is why I went there. Dr. Bloom you took and auth to help others but you clearly do not care for your patients!!!

She talks down to you and accuses you of doing this and that before finding out the facts. Poor bedside manner. She feels she is up on a pedestal and you are beneath her. Never again!!

my general impression of dr. bloom is that she wants to be somewhere else. her follow up is very poor. it takes her days to respond to a phone call or email. practicing medicine does not seem to be her first priority. i would definitely not recommend her.

Not a very nice Dr., very snotty & you feel rushed when you are there.
