Dr. Kalay is so wonderful, kind and helpful. I wouldn’t believe any of the comments below because I have health issues and he has been very attentive and helpful.

Nickels and dimes for any little thing. I emailed him to ask him for a covid appointment and he charged my insurance for that email. For a regular physical he gave a generic questionaire on depression, which is unusual and first time I've ever seen that, and I later saw that this was an additional charge to my insurance. During the physical he didn't do any abdominal palpitations. I feel he's one of those people that wanted to become a doctor mainly for the money.

I would not recommend Dr. Kalay. He does the bare minimum for his patients. I’ve seen him two years in a row and he has not listened to my heart either appointment for my physical. Also, two years in a row I had to fix his billing mistakes he made which would have cost me a lot of money. Finally, when I received my lab results, he did not even have the decency to call me or discuss them with me, instead I had to figure out what they meant and then reach out to him for an explanation. His explanation was that all of my labs look good and there was some things that were a little elevated but didn’t even explain what they were or what they meant. Not a great doctor!

Dr. Kalay is the best Dr. in UCLA. He really care of his patient and spend the time to help them. Best of the best!!! Too bad he move away from Pacific Palisades. Agatha Cha
