Dr. Ronette Cyka, MD

I came on time for my appointment, actually a few minutes early, it's now 45 minutes later, I'm still waiting. So very unprofessional, I'm glad I didn't have to work today or I would have been late.

She is horrible. She did not care about me or my baby. She told me to shut up while she sewed me up, while I cried from the pain. Apparently she was late for an interview or something and was ticked off that I took so long having my first baby.

If you are looking for a gynecologist I highly recommend Dr. Cyka. For my initial exam Dr. Cyka spent an hour with me. She was very thorough in getting a complete understanding of my medical history and my families medical history. I had a medical concern that we discussed I appreciated that in discussing my options she also took notes that I could reference and understand later, if necessary. Dr. Cyka explains information clearly and does not talk down to her patients. After my medical procedure she and her assistant Brandi were responsive to my recovery questions and fit me in immediately for an extra follow up appointment. If you are looking for an intelligent, competent and caring doctor, I'd highly recommend Dr. Cyka.

Dr. was rude and dismissive of questions that I had. I will not ever go back to see her again.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Cyka and her staff. As a referred client, I expected a professional staff and physician commiserate to my referring physician. Her staff was rude and lacked compassion. I had a conversation with Dr. Cyka about this and she was ambivalent. I was then sent a certified letter with my medical records attached, indicating that I was dropped as a patient. When I contacted her to question what had happened, my phone call was not returned. This is not the professional behavior to be expected of a physician handling such personal matters as ob/gyn.
