My doctor was patient and professional

I have never been treated with bald contempt like I was by Dr. Keller. I went in twice, for severe dizziness and a blocked feeling in my inner ear. On the first occasion, there were a few diagnostic tests, and I got a nasal spray, so far so good. I asked Dr. Keller if I could expect a reduction in the dizziness from the spray, and she shrugged comically. Full body shrugged, like the emoticon: ¯\_(?)_/¯ A month later, my condition had not improved. I got as far as "I'm very dizzy" before Dr. Keller announced that I was in the wrong practice and she could do nothing for me. This is obviously a migraine, nothing to do with my ear. This was so brusque and sudden that I genuinely thought that she was confused and didn't realize this was a followup appointment, but I got as far as "I'm sorry, this is my second appointment" before she cut me off by asking if I was upset that "[my] google doesn't line up with [her] years of medical training." (I did not suggest a different diagnosis, and I… didn't have one to suggest; this was the reaction to me starting to ask a followup question.) When I asked why this didn't come up a month ago, she said that I hadn't complained about dizziness at my previous appointment. Which is a lie. She lied to me to my face, claiming that I didn't tell her about the medical condition that is the entire reason I was in her office. The reason that made her shrug comically. I declined a followup appointment (for what? You said you can't do anything), and the staff was not surprised. I get the sense that they're used to sick people walking out of that office overcome with mingled despair and rage. The appointment lasted maybe 300 seconds, but the real cost of coming here was the extra month I suffered a debilitating illness because Dr. Keller really hates followup questions and possibly patients.

I will never be visiting this doctor again. Her staff is extremely rude and needs to learn better customer service. The office staff doesn’t know whether they are coming or go. I made an appointment for 10 but was told our appointment was at 8:40 took the day off from work for this appointment and we were told to reschedule. The doctors orders were to reschdule. The fact that her staff dropped the ball was not an issue we were penailized for the mistake. Not a single apology instead we got attitude and rude behavior. Never again

Go to someone else if you want to stay well.

She was rude. WAS IN A TERRIBLE HURRY.Rushed to diagnose and was wrong.Didn't listen.Talked over me and got loud. Would not answer questions.Was annoyed when I asked questions.Talked down to me. Disregarded opinions of other doctors.Misdiagnosed and prescribed wrong medicine and treatment.It was obvious that she did not want to be there.
