Dr Ronica H Nanda, MD

Dr. Ronica H. Nanda is a board-certified radiationoncologist and is an Associate Member of Moffitt Medical Group. She is themedical director of the Lykes Radiation Pavilion at Morton Plant Hospital. Dr.Nanda has extensive experience using cutting-edge technology in the treatmentof breast, CNS, lung and prostate cancers, as well as pediatric cancers. Dr.Nanda's primary research interests are on the late effects of radiation therapyand quality of life concerns associated with cancer treatment. She haspresented and published numerous scientific articles for publication inpeer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Surgical Oncology,International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology and Physics, and theJournal of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Cancer. Dr. Nanda is a member ofthe American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), the American Society of ClinicalOncology (ASCO), Society of Women in Radiation Oncology (SWRO), the AmericanRadium Society (ARS), and the Children's …Oncology Group (COG). She serves onNational Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guideline panels for pediatriccancers. Beyond clinical and academic pursuits, she enjoys working with medicalstudents and residents to train the next generation of radiation oncologists. Dr.Nanda is passionate about providing the highest quality care and support topatients facing cancer.
