Dr. Ronika Dua Choudhary, MD

I’ve been with Dr Choudhary for over 20 years. She approaches me as a whole person and knows how physical, mental, emotional—even spiritual health all play a role in my well-being. She is an experienced expert not only in Western medicine but also brings knowledge of traditional and alternative treatments and o the table. I trust her completely and can’t imagine a better doctor!

Dr. Choudhary is the kindest and most respectful doctor. She truly cares about my health, mentally and physically. She has such a calming presence. She takes my health concerns seriously and doesn't hesitate to research and test further for an answer.

I agree one thousand percent with the most recent reviewer here. I went to this practice once and the lady at the front desk literally pit out her hand and told me I HAD to present her with a credit card or I would not be seen. The fact that I was unwell and had travelled many miles to see this doctor meant nothing to anybody there. I have insurance through my full time job and was never asked by any doctor's office to hand over my credit card to them. They very reluctantly allowed me to stay only after swearing to them that I would call them later with my credit card number. I almost walked out that day, and I wish I had, because after about an hour wait I saw Dr. Barnaby who scared me to death by telling me I have the beginnings of vaginal cancer. I went back to my old gynecologist after this, and was tested was told that her diagnosis was untrue. I should have put a nickel in that woman's extended hand and walked out of there like I started to.

Was referred to this practice after my beloved OBGYN retired. The doctor was quite attentive and overall personable. However, despite that, I was fraudulently charged for an office visit and codes that never occurred, and had nothing but the run-around from both of their billing departments, each exhibiting lack of communication and competence. Be forewarned that their practice requires a credit card on file, which has caused nothing but a headache and numerous phone calls to resolve this problem. Quite frankly, they should be reported to the state for fraudulent billing practices.

I switched to this practice at 30 weeks pregnant with second child in a complex pregnancy. Every single person I encountered was amazing. Dr. Choudary went out of her way to make sure that I felt comfortable, as well as the other doctors at her practice. Switching to Dr. Choudary was the best decision I made, and truthfully I wish I had done so earlier.

she is super kind and will give you as much time and attention as needed. I think they over book however because you wait forever! Never on time so keep this in mind when planning. Worst moments happen when you are pulling into their lot and the receptionist calls to ask you if you can come late. (News flash, some people show up 10 minutes before their appointment). She seems a little frustrated when you forget something she told you 6 months ago. Sorry, but I’m human and can forget details, thus the reason, I need a good doctor. Credit cards are required to keep on file, so don’t forget to make sure you know up front. Little disappointed about their cosmetic services. Most woman notice bodily flaws so to capitalize monetarily on this, is questionable. Not in love with this practice but she is a nice doctor. The only other mentionable concern is the overdue wait time for results. If a test comes back in 2 days and you say you will call with results. Please do! Instead of keeping… patients waiting another full week is not acceptable.

I have always believed that God speaks to you through the people around you. When you meet Dr. Choudhary and experience her kind, warm, loving manner, you feel in the presence of someone truly touched by the angels. She is absolutely a skilled doctor but what sets her above and apart are her genuine spirit and her big heart. God bless you Dr. Choudhary.

Poor bedside manner. Rushes patients. All business

I switched to this practice at 30 weeks from another women's group in Trumbull. I cannot adequately express how much happier I am with the care I am receiving. Drs. Choudhary and Barnaby are awesome women. Actually, everyone I have met there is lovely.
