Dr. Thomas is a great doctor!!

Been a patient for Doctor Thomas for about 2 years. I was in search for an African American female doctor, because I felt there was a higher probably that we would relate but I definitely will not be back. She brushed off all of my concerns; and did not offer any helpful solutions. I came in with symptoms and never got a call back on the labs. Called in the next week when my symptoms had gotten worse and was told that she never sent anything to the lab and that I need to schedule another pointless appointment (and pay again) to do exactly what I had done the week before. I’m advising all of my peers to stay away, unless they want to waste their time. There are far too many gynecologists in Birmingham to deal with mediocre service; don’t waste your time or money. I wish I had read more reviews before investing my time with her.

Dr. Thomas did not perform the procedure that she informed me that she would perform. As a result, my life has changed significantly. She has yet to follow up with any of my requests and she has truly given a poor name to the obstetricians and gynecologists at Brookwood Hospital.

She is not concerned with her patients at all. I am upset someone referred me to her for my first child. She does not explain anything. There were many problems I had with this woman.

I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Thomas. She is always very professional and eager to answer all of my questions. She is easy to talk to and i would recommend her to anyone!!

Poor communicator, poor listener, poor bedside manner, poor ethics...she joked she was going to do a procedure without my knowledge or consent, she failed to give me correct test results, she refused to stop a procedure when I asked her to do to severe pain and told me not to cry about it....I would never recommend her to anyone

One of the best OBGYN that is currently in business. She is sweet and was very concerned with whatever problem I had. I love her bed side manners, that means a lot. I would recommend her to anyone that is in need of this type of service. Dr. Thomas you ROCK!

Dr. Thomas is excellent. She takes time and answers all of my questions without rushing or dismissing my concerns. I would recommend her to every woman in need of an OBGYN.

Met with her for consultation ,and she was really sweet. She explained everything such as my options of birth control really well. I think she works really well with younger and teenaged girls. I l made a great decision by booking with her.

I have had three kids and she was my OB/GYN during my last pregnancy. I must say that she is hands down the best OB/GYN I have ever had an encounter with. She and the staff are cool, calm, collect, and made me feel very comfortable each and every time that I had a visit. I have and will continue to recommend her to other people because she really knows her stuff!!!!
